Dr Martin took the time to clarify that he completely understood an issue that I was having. Office is well organized. Rebecca the hygienist was very good about explaining everything that she was doing to make sure I was comfortable.

I like this practice. Everybody is friendly and professional. I never feel like any treatment is being pushed on me. Oh yes, the last two cleanings I’ve had here were absolutely pain-free, even the poking around and flossing parts, where it can just feel like your gums are being stabbed on purpose. Not anymore. Not here 😊 …I wish I remembered the name of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She’s the best.

Dr Martin is great! Such a nice guy and great dentist. I walk in the door they say my name and I’m checked in. Professional and courteous staff at a great office and location. Highly recommended.

Nikita is the most welcoming person; she greets everyone with warmth and I always look forward to seeing her before my appointments. Rebecca is a fantastic hygienist. She did a thorough yet gentle cleaning today and she gave great advice to help me improve my flossing technique at home. Rebecca is a wonderful listener and has a lovely disposition too. I love Downtown Dental and I speak highly of your practice when with friends and acquaintances. Thank you for ten amazing years of service to Dr. Kenna, Nikita, and the team!

My whole family has now gone to see Dr. Kenna and we all love him. He listens and is not pushy on anything. Everyone from the front staff to the hygienists are pleasant and always smiling. Even my little ones love going to the dentist. I have now recommended to everyone looking for a new dentist.

Downtown Dental is a state-of-the-art facility with friendly outstanding staff. Annie at reception is professional and warm-hearted. She made the scheduling process pleasant and there was no wait time. Rebekah is an awesome hygienist. She’s very gentle, thorough and takes her time explaining everything. She makes you feel at ease and creates a professional, friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Kenna’s bed-side-manner is second to none. He makes you feel comfortable and is extremely personable. Dr. Kenna takes his time explaining everything and genuinely cares about his patients. Rarely do you come across a doctor with a cool vibe and sense of humor. I am new to the Greenville area and I’m glad I chose Downtown Dental!

I have had the absolute best experiences here! Every member of the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. I even brought my son in for his first ever dental appointment (at 5... ooopsie I left that a bit late) and they were amazingly gentle and kind with him. I cannot say enough good things! I am grateful to have found them!

We go to Downtown Dental as a family and love our providers! Our hygienist is Amanda and she is amazing & she's wonderful with my 5 year old! Can't recommend enough :)

Dr. Kenna and his team are excellent, thorough, and professional. I’ve lived in Greenville for 16 years and have tried several dentists during that time — this is the office where I’m staying. The practice has a comfortable, boutique feel, and every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. Dr. Kenna consistently goes above and beyond with his care. At every visit, he performs a thorough exam that even includes checking cervical and mandibular lymph nodes as part of routine screening for head and neck cancers. I’ve honestly never had a dentist this attentive or comprehensive. Highly recommend.
